1.4. Securing the child into

Release the buckle (F) and harness belt (D), hang the shoulder belt on the top corner of
backrest (B)(fig.15), set your child deep into the seat surface of
so that his posterior is right down in the seat recess.
Join together the two buckle latches (E) of the harness belt and push them into the belt
buckle (F) until an audible »click« sound is clearly heard. Make sure that the shoulder belts
lie firmly against the child's body and are not twisted.

Release the harness central belt (D3) from the belt end element (I), press the adjuster (H)
and pull the harness central belt from the belt adjuster(H)(fig.18). Release the belt loops
from the metal belt anchorage (K) on the back of the seat, release the shoulder pad
connector (W). (fig.20)

Turn the seat upside down. Pull the waist belts (D2) down a little bit and peel off the belt
anchorage of waist belts (X). Pull the buckle belt (D4) down a little bit and peel off the belt

anchorage of buckle belt (Y).

Turn the seat into sitting position, finally pull the harness belts firmly up and remove it from
the seat including the belt buckle.

and locking it with an audible »click« sound. The lap belt (O) needs to lead under the fixation
lugs (L) on both sides. The diagonal belt (N) needs to lead under the fixation lugs (L) only on
the belt buckle (Q) side.

Thread the diagonal belt through the belt guide (1 or 10) at the headrest and tighten it in the
direction of the retracting mechanism. Make sure that the diagonal belt lies firmly against the
child's body and is not twisted.
2.2. Adjusting the headrest to your child's size (fig. 2d
In order to adjust the height of the headrest (A) to your child's size, push the seat down on
the vehicles seat to keep it there. With the other hand pull the headrest forcibly up or down,
according to the child's size. The headrest needs to be fixed in one of the guide slots with an
audible sound. Please check by pulling on the headrest to ensure that the headrest is fixed in
the guide slots firmly. The middle of the headrest needs to be exactly at the height of the
middle of the child's head to have the highest side protection effect. The headrest is
adjustable in 9 different positions.
