Tighten joints or replace components
Adjust air pressure to within specification
Lubricate tool at air inlet point
Fit new jaws
Prime tool
Service and lubricate nose assembly
Fit new jaws
Service and lubricate nose assembly
Tighten against locking ring
Fit new spring
Identify and replace
Adjust as in 'Operating Procedure'
Service and lubricate nose assembly
Tighten nose assembly
Fit new spring
Tighten joints or replace components
Prime tool
Empty stem collector
Check jaw spreader is correct
Adjust air pressure to within specification
Adjust as in 'Operating Procedure'
Lubricate tool at air inlet point
Adjust air pressure to within specification
Service and lubricate nose assembly
Connect and adjust to within specification
Replace
Check for restrictions such as kinked
pneumatic pipe
Tighten retaining nut 26
