• Make sure that the connected electrical
devices (including power cables and
plug connections) are not defective.
• Some parts of the combustion engine
are hot and can cause burns.
• Pay attention to the warning notices on
the power generator.
• Do not refuel during operation.
• Do not refuel if persons are smoking in
the vicinity or if close to open flames.
• When operating in well ventilated
rooms, additional measures must be
taken for protection against fire and
explosions.
Only use lead-free normal or
premium-grade petrol as fuel.
Electrical safety
• Electrical cables and connected de-
vices must be in a fault-free condition.
• Never connect the power generator to
the mains (socket).
• The cable lengths to the consumer must
be kept as short as possible.
Assembly
Mount all parts before filling
fuel and oil in order to pre-
vent liquids from escaping.
Use two open-ended spanners width ac-
ross flats 10 + 19 to assemble the power
generator.
Bases
1. Screw the bases (12) onto the
bottom of the frame at the points
intended for this. Use one screw
M6x40 (
( 24) each for this.

Wheels
1. First push the wheel axle (21)
through the holders on the bot-
tom of the power generator.
2. Mount the wheels (5) with 2
washers (25) each as shown
and tighten these with one nut
M 12 (23) each. Possibly
counter-hold at the nut (23) on
the opposite side of the wheel
axle (21) in order to tighten the
nut (23).
Sliding bracket
1. Push the sliding bracket holder
(15a) over the straight piece of
the sliding bracket (15).
2. Mound the sliding bracket holder
(15a) with the inserted sliding
bracket (15) in the position
shown on the upper housing bar.
Use two screws M6x40 (
and two nuts M6 (
Grounding
Grounding must be provided for the
housing to discharge static charges..
For this, connect one end of the
cable to the grounding connection
(4) of the power generator and the
other end to an external ground.
Filling with oil
The power generator must be filled with oil
before the initial start-up.
