Preparation of the valve actuator

The actuator must be in the zero position
(actuator vented).
Remove the screw 5 which retains the
optical position indicator.
Determine the turn direction of the actuator
(seen from above the turn direction of the
actuator must be anticlockwise, when the
actuator moves from the „CLOSED" to the
„OPEN" position).

Assembling the travel sensor

Before mounting the travel sensor to the
actuator, make sure that the shaft height
and the hole pattern in the actuator match
the dimensions of the mounting bracket 6.

The travel sensor shaft 7 is marked. If this
marking corresponds with the marking at
the bottom of the travel sensor housing 8,
the travel sensor is in the 0° position.

of this position.
Place the adapter 9 on the shaft of the
travel sensor 7.

Screw the positioner 1 or the travel
