1. Connect and activate initialisation power
supply 24 V DC on pin 5 (t > 100 ms).

It may be necessary to close the
internal positioner throttles (V1
and V2) a little if the actuator
volume is very low in order to
increase the valve operating
time. Subsequently, the
initialisation must be restarted.
Experience has shown that valve
operating times of about 1-2
seconds lead to optimal control
results.
