7.2 Assembling the citrus
press
DANGER!
Only plug the mains plug 4 into the
wall socket after the device has been
completely assembled.
1. Place the base unit 5 on a dry, solid
and level surface.

2. Place the citrus press attachment 6 onto
the base unit 5 in such a way that the
two citrus press symbols
up.
NOTE: you can lift off the entire citrus press
attachment 6, complete with drive axle 8
and cover ring 7, and replace it again.
These two parts can be removed e.g. for
cleaning.
3. Insert the cover ring 7 and the drive ax-
le 8 if necessary.

4. Place the juice container 9 into the cit-
rus press attachment 6.
5. Place the screen 10 into the juice con-
tainer 9. The small grooves in the mid-
dle of the screen need to fit onto the
ridges on the juice container.
6. Place the small juicer cone 11 or the
assembled juicer cones 11+12 onto
the drive axle 8.

7. Unwind as much power cable 4 as you
need from the cable spool 3.
8. Insert the mains plug 4 into a wall
socket corresponding to the technical
data.

7.3 Drip stopper

Figure D: the outflow 2 of the juice con-
tainer 9 has an integrated drip stopper func-
tion. If you want to remove or replace the
container under the outflow, you can close
the drip stopper to prevent juice from drip-
ping out.

NOTE: ensure that the drip stopper is open
during juicing, so that the juice does not col-
lect in the juice container 9.
• To close the drip stopper, gently press
the outflow 2 upwards.
• To open the drip stopper, gently press
the outflow 2 downwards.

7.4 Juicing citrus fruits

WARNING!
Ensure that there are no foreign objects
on the screen 10 or in the device when
operating it.
Do not apply excessive pressure to the
juicer cones 11+12/11.
The device is designed for a continuous
operating time of no more than 4 min-
utes in the citrus press mode. After this,
the device must remain switched off until
it has cooled down to room tempera-
ture.

1. Place the small beaker 14 or another
container under the outflow 2.
2. Open the drip stopper if necessary by
pressing down on the outflow 2.
3. Cut the citrus fruits in half.
