Attention! For reasons of safety the maximal permissible
input voltage towards earth (ground) it isn't allowed to be
crossing over 500 V. At disregard there is a risk of injury
(electrical shock) and the risk of damaging of the internal
circuits.
Before measuring, check the instrument and the test
leads for possible damaging.
5.1. Voltage measurement (DC V)
1. Connect red test lead to "V/Ω/mA" jack, black test
lead to "COM" jack.
2. Set the FUNCTION switch to the desired V DC
position. If not sure, set to the highest range.
3. Connect the test leads across the source or load
under measurement.
5.2. AC voltage measurement (AC V)
1. Connect red test lead to "V/Ω/mA" jack, black test
lead to "COM" jack.
2. Set the FUNCTION switch to the desired AC V
position.
