Solution
Clean the steam / hot water wand and
steaming nozzle.
Fill the water tank.
Push steam button. Swivel the steam /
hot water wand all the way out.
Contact Solis service center.
Fill the water tank.
Wait for the yellow temperature lamp
to go out.
Swivel the steam / hot water wand all
the way out.
Contact Solis service center.
Make sure to use the correct amount
of coffee.
Turn off the machine, wait until it has
cooled down and then clean the filter
inserts, the portafilter and the brewing
head with its sealing ring. If necessary,
change the sealing ring.
Screw the portafilter all the way in.
Contact Solis service center.
Fill the water tank.
Check if the intake and return pipes
are placed in the water tank or if the
intake pipe is clogged.
