Cleaning

The inside of the cabinet must be cleaned every day. The design of the cabinet and
the position of internal components facilitates the washing and cleaning of all parts.
Always defrost the unit manually before cleaning. Then remove the cover over the
internal drain pipe.
Clean all internal surfaces with a weak soap solution. Flush and dry without using
abrasive or chemical agents. Do not direct water jets, especially high-pressure jets,
onto the cabinet. As regards the proper maintenance of stainless steel parts, follow
the advice given in the next section.
It is possible to clean the inside of the evaporator by loosening the screws on the fan
panel and turning it out. Do not use sharp or abrasive objects when cleaning the
evaporator.
Wash the door sealing strip with ordinary water and dry it thoroughly with a dry cloth.
NOTE: Before cleaning, disconnect the power supply by removing the lead from
the wall plug, or switching off at the wall plug.
It is not sufficient to switch off with the M1 key on the control panel since
there is always voltage on the electrical parts of the cabinet.
