Enabling product supply

5.7.1

Product Reservoir

Requirements for the use of a product reservoir:
– The reservoir must be connected to the corresponding regulated air supply to the control unit
and
– The electrical connection reservoir - controller to the 9 pin sub D socket / plug XS2 must be
(with the supplied in the product tank Sub D cable).
– The pump used must already be calibrated, see section 5.6.
● Then – from the start screen – select the
key for the extended settings, and from the
extended settings the key for the device
settings.
● Set the value "500 ml" and press the ENTER
button 13.
With the setting "500 ml" the connected
product reservoir is automatically activated.
The sign for the product reservoir is
displayed.
5.7.2

Syringe

Requirements for the use of a product syringe:
– A product reservoir must not be connected to the XS2 interface of the controller.
– The pump used must already be calibrated, see section 5.6.
● Then – from the start screen – select the
key for the extended settings, and from the
extended settings the key for the device
settings.
● Set the capacity of the used product syringe
and press the ENTER button 13.
● By pressing the left button it is set that it
will be continued to work with a full
product syringe.
The right button has the function of ESC that
is back to its previous state
With this function, the previous state would "empty" is restored.
By setting the capacity of the product in ml of
the inserted syringe the syringe is
automatically activated.
The sign for the syringe is displayed. Was a
full syringe enabled in the previous step, the
level is also set to 100%.
