Dosing programs [X],[Y],[Z]
To enable rapid switching between various types of dosing requirements, up to three dosing
programs can be used. Each dosing program is activated by its own start signal and includes the
settings for the dosing rate, dosage quantity or dosing time, the return suction volume and the
flow rate for the return suction.
Options such as the rotor spray, the operating mode or pump calibration cannot the changed by
different dosing programs.
One example of the use of dosing programs would be if two different quantities had to be dosed
to one component. The first quantity is stored in program [X], the second in program [Y]. Via the
corresponding start inputs, the two quantities are then retrieved as required, so that no settings
on the control unit have to be changed.
If in the "start/stop" operating mode for external timing control different dosing rates are
required, these can also be stored in different programs.
If different quantities, times, or dosing rates are not required, only the first program [X] is simply
used.
The current dosing program is displayed on
the main screen of the control unit, where it
can be switched by touching the symbol.
Starting a dosing program also activates it.
