Daily operation
D This unit is intended for commercial use and must only be operated
− by trained personnel
− when the unit is being supervised
− for the intended purpose
D Do not use the unit as a rack or as storage place
D Use only crockery suitable for reheating
Danger of injury
D NOTE: The unit and the dishes will heat up during operation.
Danger of damage
D Do not place hot cooking utensils on stainless steel surfaces as the surfaces could suffer
permanent warping.
D Do not clean or hose down the unit with a water hose or highpressure cleaner or steam
cleaner or similar.
D Do not apply foam spray to the front fascia or to the cladding on the unit as the foam will pen
etrate through even minute cracks and will cause damage to the electrics and the electron
ics.
D If you are unable to rectify an operational fault with the help listed on page 13, chapter 5.
(Malfunctions and troubleshooting), switch off the unit and notify the repair service.
D Have the unit checked by a repair service after long periods of downtime.
