INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The foot is a non-invasive, single patient, reusable prosthetic device.
• Bench- and dynamic alignment with alignment inserts (Figure 2).
• Inserts and O-rings shall be removed after alignment (Figure 3).
• After alignment take out alignment inserts (Figure 4).
• If there is no movement after removing inserts while walking, lower
the setting for both the D-valve and P-valve (Figure 5).
• Start adjusting the P-valve (Figure 6)
– If the heel is too stiff, decrease the P-valve setting.
– If the heel is too soft, increase the P-valve setting.
• Start adjusting the D-valve (Figure 7)
– If motion in stance is too slow, decrease the D-valve setting.
– If motion in stance is too fast, increase the D-valve setting.
• Factory settings are set to 3 for both valves (Figure 8).
CARE & CLEANING
Do not expose adapter to extreme temperature, sand, water or solvents.
Should any exposure occur, clean adapter with a soft, damp cloth.
Warranty is voided if these requirements are not respected.
