Verbinden Sie die beiden Teile wie dargestellt mit 2 Schrauben/Scheiben/Muttern.
- Seite 5 Montage der Seiten- und Rückwand: Stecken Sie die linke Seitenwand in das U-Profil der linken Seite der Bodenplatte. Achten Sie auf die richtige Positionierung (siehe Fotos). Ein Helfer stellt die Rückwand an die Rückseite der Bodenplatte und führt die Rückwand wie abgebildet mit der Seitenwand zusammen.
- Seite 6 Die rechte Seitenwand wird ebenso mit der Rück- wand zusammengeführt und mit 2 Niro-Blechschrauben mit der Rückwand verbunden. Verschrauben Sie nun im Bodenbereich die Rückwand mit der Bodenplatte mit 2 Niro-Blechschrauben. Abschließend verbinden Sie die 4 unteren Enden der Aluminium-Profilbögen mit der Bodenplatte mit je einem Blechschrauben.
- Seite 7 Anbringung des Versteifungsprofiles: Zuerst befesti- gen Sie die Umlenkrolle mit 2 Niro-Blechschrauben auf dem Versteifungsprofil (mittig auf dem langen Schenkel, siehe Bohrungen). Mit einem Helfer positionieren Sie das Versteifungsprofil in der Box wie abgebildet – die Umlenkrolle ist oben. Fixieren Sie das Versteifungsprofil vorerst seitlich links und rechts mit je einem Schrauben/Scheibe/ Mutter.
- Seite 8 Einführen der Rolläden: Legen Sie die Box nach vorne, d.h. die Rückwand blickt nach oben. Führen Sie den „vorderen“ Rolladen (= ohne Schloß!) mit der Außenseite nach oben und den weißen Gummipuffern voran (siehe Foto) behutsam in die innere Führungsnut des Aluminiumbogens ein.
