Installation of a CONEL alarm system or a CONEL washing machine stop
Optional accessories, available from your GC supplier.
>
Install the alarm contact sensor with mounting clamp on the intended retainer in
the tank.
>
For the cable routing, use the free inlet at the rear of the tank.
>
Remove the plug.
>
Guide the cable of the alarm contact sensor through the separately supplied cable
connector.
>
Then push the cable connector into the tank seal. Keep the cable in the tank as
short as possible.
>
For additional notes, refer to the operating instructions for the alarm system or the
washing machine stop.
After installation, place the cover on the tank. The o-ring must be placed evenly in the
provided groove in the tank cover. Push the cover down until all four snap connections
engage.
The unit can be hung on a wall using the two slots at the rear and the separately
supplied brackets. This simplifies the floor cleaning process (see appendix, fig. 4.2).
Also observe the section under "For ground set up".
>
Install the brackets according to the drilling template drawing (the tank should be
hung 85 mm above the ground).
>
Hang the tank.
The lifting unit can also be installed behind a front wall when using a vent line or the
separately available front wall installation set. Otherwise observe the section under
"For ground set up" as well as the operating instructions for the front wall installation
set KBN: ABSVIS.
ATTENTION!
In order to prevent the formation of moisture in a pre-wall installation, a separate
ventilation line must be taken out of the front wall according to DIN.
