Problem
The input [BT] cannot
be selected via the
"Input" buttons.
The Soundbox 3 does
not automatically
switch to the input
[BT].
No playback via
Bluetooth wireless
®
technology.

Possible cause
1. The function BT Select [BTS] is activated.
1. The BT Select function is deactivated [MAN].
2. Bluetooth ® is disabled on your device.
3. The Soundbox 3 is connected to another device.
4. The device is not paired with the Soundbox 3.
1. There is no connection between the Soundbox 3
and the mobile device.
2. The mobile device is paired,
but it does not play.
3. You are out of reach (max. 10 m).
Solution
1 The switching happens in this case automatically as soon as the
Soundbox 3 detects an audio signal from the device.
If unwanted, set BT Select [BTS] to manual
1. Activate the BTS function [AUT].
2. Activate Bluetooth ® on your device.
3. Disable Bluetooth on the other device.

4. Pair your device with your Soundbox.
1. Connect mobile device as described.
2.1. The mobile device needs to be reconnected.
2.2. Set the volume on the mobile device to the
maximum possible value.
2.3. Increase the volume of the Soundbox 3.
2.4. Make sure that sources of interference, such as a
WiFi router or a laptop, are not placed in close proximity
to the Soundbox 3.
2.5. Simultaneous operation via WiFi and Bluetooth
connection from a mobile device is not possible
without interference in some cases; therefore, disable
WiFi on the device.
3. Reduce the distance between the speaker
and the mobile device.
