3.1 Start-up
1. Connect the FWA 4360 to the 230 V /
50 Hz mains supply.
2. Switch on the FWA 4360 by way of the
master switch on the back panel of the housing.

3.2 Language selection for Windows
Following initial switch-on, the Windows operating sys-
tem language can be selected from a menu.
Observe the selection procedure as follows:
Click onto Start - Programs - FWA-Tools in the start

menu.
2. Select the "sellang" routine.
3. Select the language.
4. Confirm the dialog with <ok>.

The computer performs re-start.
You cannot change this language at a later date. How-
ever, if this is necessary, contact your Bosch authorized
dealer.

3.3 FWA system software

The dongle must be plugged in at the parallel port
(LPT1) of the PC unit.

The FWA 4360 is supplied with a licence
floppy disk containing the licence for the program
installed on your FWA 4360. This floppy
disk is required for the installation procedure.
1. Terminate all other programs.
2. Insert the FWA system software CD in the drive of
your computer.

The installation program starts up automatically.

If installation is not started automatically, start
the process as follows:
Open the "Execute" input box (select "START >>
ExECuTE..." in the task bar).
Enter D:\autorunexec.exe
with <OK>.
Select the < Setup + update> button.

Installation is started.
4. Heed the instructions on the monitor.
5. During installation you will be requested to select
the licence file (Lxnnnnnnn_nnnnn.lic):
Insert the licence floppy disk and select <

7. Select drive a:\ and mark the licence file.
8. Confirm with < OK> and continue with installation.
9. On completion of the installation process, remove
the licence floppy disk.
