NOTICE
• Install the wire guide up to the torch without any gaps to avoid possible
faults and errors.
1 Guide the sharpened liner through the wire conduit (2).
2 Push the liner through the retaining nipple (4), guide tube (1), guide (5)
and cold-wire tube (6) as far as it will go into the feeding nozzle (7).
3 Tighten the retaining nipple (4) with the wire conduit's nut (3). The liner is
securely attached.
WARNING
Risk of burns
The cable assembly overheats if the coolant level is too low.
• Wear the correct protective gloves.
• Check the coolant level at regular intervals.
