5. Overall surface inspection - Review the overall surface of the Skull Clamp to check for any
cracks or fractures of the components. This is a molded composite plastic that can suffer cracks
or breakage when subjected to rough handling or being dropped. In the event that the Skull
Clamp or a component of the Skull Clamp is dropped on the floor or sharply hit, it is highly
recommended that all components be returned for inspection by your authorized MAYFIELD
Repair Center.
