PREPARATIONS
1. Before assembly make sure there is enough space.
2. Use the recommended tools.
3. Before assembly check if there are all the parts in the box.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (Drawings – p. 52)
STEP 1 Fix the front stabilizer (137) to the main frame (38). Use the spring
washer (15), flat washer 16), and screw M8x16 (14).
Place the cover (58), screw it with the screw (4).
STEP 2 Fix the rear stabilizer (137) to the main frame (38). Use the spring
washer (15), flat washer (16), and screw M8x16 (14).
STEP 3 Put the lower cover (16) onto the handlebar post (3). Move it
upwards, so that it would not hinder the assembly.
Connect the resistance control wires coming from the main frame. The
connection is illustrated in the picture.
Put the handlebar post onto the proper element of the main frame. Screw
both elements together with the semi-circular washers (13) and screws
(11).
Put the sleeve (26) into the handlebar post (3).
STEP 4 Mount the horizontal side arms (118). Put them onto the crank and
fix with the wave washers (88), flat washers (23), spring washers (15), and
screws (24). After screwing the bases, hide the screws using the end caps.
STEP 5 Put the side arms (21, 31) onto the axle going through the
handlebar post. Fix them with the wave washers (20),
flat washers (23), spring washers (15), and screws (24).
STEP 6 Fix the landing bases (97, 119) to the horizontal side arms Use the
wave washers (88), base couplers (104), flat washers (130), and screws
(105).
Levelling, moving the device
Before you start exercising, it is recommended to verify whether the bike is
positioned correctly. Level the equipment with the knobs of the front
Resistance adjustment
The function of intensity regulation allows you to change pedal resistance.
High resistance requires a greater effort during pedalling while a low one
reduces the needed effort. Resistive force can be regulated by means of
MAINTENANCE
Prior to each use of the bicycle, make sure that all the bolts, nuts and
knobs are tightly fitting.
Aggressive cleaning products must not be used to clean the device. Use
a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Clean sweat traces since
acidic pH may damage the upholstery.
The device should be kept in a dry place in order to protect it against
dampness and corrosion.
Should the computer work incorrectly, make sure that all the cables are
connected appropriately, especially the upper cable with the computer. If
the computer still does not work, make sure that batteries have been put
in appropriately and that they are not worn-out. If the readout on the
display screen is not legible or some elements are invisible, replace
POWER SUPPLY
Power supply for the counter: 230V/50Hz or 60Hz Output: 8V DC 500 mA
COUNTER
Automatic start-up/shutdown (auto on/off)
The display will automatically start-up when you start moving the pedals or
press any button.
The display will automatically shut down when you stop the training for
longer than 4 minutes.
All settings and training data will be saved until next start-up.
Resetting
In order to zero all values, please press the TOTAL RESET button for three
seconds. The values will be removed and the console will reset.
It is recommended that product should be assembled by at least two people
to avoid injuries.
STEP 7 Connect the side arms (31, 21) with pedal bases. Use the screws
M8 (42), flat washers (16), and nylon nuts (5).
To hide the couplings, place the plastic covers (45, 46; 39, 43) and join
them with the screws (140).
STEP 8 Connect the lower parts of side arms with the handles (34, 27), use
the semi-circular washers (128), nylon nuts (5), and screws M8 (127) to
screw both parts together.
To hide the couplings, place the plastic covers and join them with the
screws (4,6).
STEP 9 Mount the handlebar (9). Pull the pulse sensor wires coming from
the handlebar through the handlebar post.
Screw the handlebar to the post with the flat washers (16) and screws (14).
STEP 10 Connect the wires coming from the handlebar post and from the
counter. Screw the counter to the handlebar post with the screws (4).
STEP 11 Place the handlebar post upper covers. Join them together with
the screws (4, 6).
STEP 12 Screw the pedals (99, 126) to the bases. Use the flat washers
(55) and screws (7).
ATTENTION: before training make sure that all screws and nuts have been
well tightened.
NOTE: the end cap of the front stabilizer is movable, which makes it easy
to move the trainer to another place. The end caps of the rear stabilizer
serve to level the trainer..
stabilizer. To transport the device, raise it carefully on its front wheels
(Figure – p. 58) and move to another place, holding it on both sides.
the computer. To achieve a satisfying result, intensity should be adjusted
during workout, by means of knob UP (+) and DOWN (-).Available
resistance levels: from 1 to 16. The load system is independent of speed.
batteries immediately.
In case of no resistance adjustment, make sure that the upper sensor
cable is well connected with the lower cable.
CAUTION: Due to the protection of the natural environment, worn-out
batteries, power adapters, motors etc. should not be disposed with
household wastes. Worn-out batteries, power adapters, motors etc. should
be taken to a point that will utilise them in agreement with the enforceable
