6.3) Models powered by the tractor power take off:
- Having mechanically connected the machine to the tractor and the p.t.o.
(paragraph 5.4.2), press one handle to lower the stroke adjustment pawl
(D), until it reaches the offloading plate behind the wedge.
- Turn on the p.t.o. following the instructions of the tractor manufacturer.
- Turn the p.t.o. on gradually until it reaches a rotation speed of 300 rpm.
- Holding down one handle, move the pawl back (D) to its original position
(max. stroke).
-Operate the other control lever too in order to make the blade holder rod
come out, and therefore to raise the cylinder to the height where the fixing
holes are level with the holes in the frame.
Carry out this operation pushing the control levers slowly downwards so
that the blade holder rod comes out a little at a time.

6.4) Models with power supply by means of multiplier for tractor p.t.o.:
- Connect the multiplier to the tractor p.t.o. (see section 4.4), press one handle to lower the stroke
adjustment pawl (paragraph 6.3), until it reaches the offloading plate behind the wedge.
- Turn on the p.t.o. following the instructions of the tractor manufacturer.
- Turn the p.t.o. on gradually until it reaches a rotation speed of 300 rpm.

aufweisen und mit entsprechender Schutzvorrichtung sowie
Kettenanschluss zum Blockieren ausgestattet sein. Die Anweisungen

Die Kardanwelle wie vom Hersteller vorgeschrieben anschließen.
Sicherstellen, dass der Schutz der Kardanwelle und der
Kunststoffschutz der Zapfwelle des Holzspalters eine Überlappung
von zumindest 50 mm aufweisen.
5.4.4) Modelle mit Übersetzungsgetriebe für Nebenantrieb
Das Übersetzungsgetriebe mittels Schnellanschluss an den Nebenantrieb
des Schleppers anschließen und die Drehschutzvorrichtung (A) durch
Anhaken des Kettchens (B) am Schlepperrahmen befestigen.

5.4.5) Modelle für den hydraulischen Anschluss an den Traktor
- Die Maschine wie in Abschnitt 5.4.2 beschrieben mechanisch an die drei Arme des Krafthebers des
Traktors anschließen.
- Die Hydraulikleitungen mit Schnellkupplung an die Hydraulikanschlüsse des Traktors anschließen.
- Die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit des Holzspalters hängt vom Öldurchsatz ab, den die hydraulische Anlage
des Traktors liefert.

6) MONTAGE DER MASCHINE

6.1) Allgemeine Vorsichtsmaßnahmen:
Es müssen immer Unfallschutzvorrichtungen wie
Arbeitshandschuhe, Arbeitsschuhe, Schutzbrillen und Gehörschutz
verwendet werden
Die Maschine auf einer ebenen Fläche aufstellen und einen Freiraum
von zumindest 3 Metern um die Maschine herum einhalten, um ein
sicheres Durchführung aller Manöver zu gewährleisten.
Sicherstellen, dass oberhalb der Maschine keine Hindernisse vorhanden
sind, die das maximale Ausfahren der Spaltkeilhalterung behindern (siehe
TECHNISCHE DATEN "H").
Im Winter die Maschine starten und ca. 5 - 10 Minuten im Leerlauf
laufen lassen, so dass der Hydraulikkreislauf sich aufwärmen kann,
um eine längere Lebensdauer der hydraulischen Komponenten zu
erzielen.
6.2) Modelle mit elektrischer Speisung:
Nach dem elektrischen Anschließen der Maschine (siehe Abschnitt 5.4.1)
die Starttaste auf dem Motor drücken und dabei einen der beiden
Bedienhebel abgesenkt halten, so dass der Schaft der Spaltkeilhalterung
unbeweglich gehalten wird
- Auch den anderen Bedienhebel betätigen, um den Schaft der
Spaltkeilhalterung auszufahren und den Zylinder anzuheben, bis die am
Zylinder vorhandenen Buchse mit dem am Rahmen vorhandenen
ausgerichtet sind.
