7.2) Arbeitssequenzen:
VORBEMERKUNG: Die Holzspalter WL 13/16/20 C/1000 weisen die Möglichkeit
auf, Holzstücke mit einer Länge von bis zu 1 m zu spalten wobei das Holzstück
d i r e k t a u f d e m U n t e r b a u d e r M a s c h i n e a u f g e s t e l l t w i r d .
Bei Holzstücken mit einer Länge von bis zu 500 mm kann der Arbeitstisch
(Sonderausstattung) montiert werden (siehe HANDBUCH ZUBEHÖR).
7.2.1) Positionierung des Holzblocks

- Das zu spaltende Holzstück auf den Unterbau der Maschine aufsetzen.
- Vor Beginn des Spaltzyklusses sicherstellen, dass das Holzstück stabil auf
dem Unterbau steht.
- Immer den breiteren Teil des Holzstückes auf den Unterbau aufsetzen.
7.2.2) Blockierung:
1) Das zu spaltende Holzstück durch Schließen der Bedienarme blockieren
( ). Es ist nicht erforderlich, einen besonderen Druck auf das Holzstück
auszuüben; zum Blockieren in der Position ist ein gutes Anliegen ausreichend.
2) Die Bedienhebel ( ) nach unten drücken. Zur Aktivierung des Hebelsystems,
das das Ausfahren der Spaltkeilhalterung gestattet, ist auf gleiche Weise ein
leichter Druck ausreichend, der gleichzeitig mit beiden Händen ausgeübt
wird.
7.2.3) Spalten:
Das Sicherheitssystem der gestattet das Absenken des Spaltkeils nicht, wenn nicht
beiden Bedienhebel gedrückt werden.
Nach der Absenkung des Keils kann die Spaltphase als abgeschlossen angesehen
werden.
Ein längeres Drücken des Spaltkeils auf ein Holzstück vermeiden,
das sich nicht spalten lässt. Ein längeres Drücken führt zur Überhitzung
der hydraulischen Anlage und des Motors. Den Spaltkeil in die Position
des Zyklusbeginns zurückbringen, das Holzstück um 90° drehen und den
Spaltvorgang wiederholen.
Der Holzspalter WL 13/16/20 C/1000 ist bei den Modellen mit zweifacher
Geschwindigkeit mit einem Kreislauf zur Betätigung des Zylinders
mit variabler Geschwindigkeit ausgestattet (Aufbereitungskreislauf).
a) Beim Drücken der Betätigungshebel mit dem Minimum des Hubs
wird die maximale Spaltgeschwindigkeit erzielt, jedoch mit geringerer
Leistung;
b) Beim Drücken der Betätigungshebel mit dem Maximum des Hubs
wird eine verringerte Spaltgeschwindigkeit erzielt, jedoch mit der
maximale Leistung;
Zur Optimierung der Arbeit kann die Betätigung der Hebel auch während
des Spaltvorgangs moduliert werden.

7.2.4) Anheben:
Beim Loslassen der Bedienarme kehrt der Auszug der Spaltkeilhalterung automatisch in die
Ausgangsstellung zurück.

The machine is delivered to the customer already tested by the manufacturer.
The tank and the hydraulic circuit are filled with the liquid necessary for operation and relative bleeding is
carried out by the manufacturer at the time of commissioning.
- The log splitter kit includes the machine and a series of parts that need to be assembled by the operator
following the instructions contained in this manual:

- Check that all parts have been supplied in the correct quantities (see exploded diagram of the machine).
- Check that the machine is intact and has not been damaged during transportation, and that in any case there
is no damage whatsoever to the structural components and/or safety devices.
If any damage is found contact the Manufacturer or Retailer immediately.
5.1) General precautions:
- The safety precautions and warnings regarding correct usage are shown in this manual and on the machine
itself.
- Pay careful attention to the danger signs, as serious accidents can occur, involving both the operator and
other persons or objects in the vicinity.
- There are many danger situations, and Techna therefore recommends the use of all the necessary precautions
required to avoid any dangerous situations, including any that may not be specifically described in this manual.
5.2) Transport (only models WL 13 and WL 16):
- The machine is equipped with wheels for small manual
manoeuvres.
WARNING Due to the height and weight of the log splitter,
there is a risk of overturning if manual transportation is not done
with care. To reduce this risk, the log splitter is supplied with a
special bar (A) which must be attached to the upper third point
(as shown in the figure) and locked into position with the split pin
supplied (B) before the machine is moved. The machine must
however be slightly leaned (max. 5°) and must be moved with
the help of a second person who helps to keep the machine stable
and checks that the path is clear. Moving the log splitter is an
important equipment handling operation, and must be carried
out by qualified staff who are able to carry out all manoeuvres
in complete safety.
5.3) Lifting:
- To lift the machine, use the upper handle as an anchor point .
Make sure that the lifting organ is able to support the
