Information regarding possible malfunctions
Please read and observe the following instructions prior to returning the video
door intercom system to your local technical shop in case of a malfunction.

If the monitor image is running from the top towards the bottom, please equip
yourself with a small screwdriver. There is a small opening at the top of the
monitor housing through which the monitor image can be set
Possible cause
Power supply plug not plugged in cor-
rectly and/or power supply system bre-
akdown ON/OFF switch in OFF position
Short-circuit in the connection cable
between the monitor and the external
camera
Brightness control set incorrectly.
Lens covered by dirt, foliage, etc.
Defective camera or monitor
