Cleaning and Filling

Select Fill In to fill the syringe. .
Select Empty Out 1 to empty the
syringe to outlet 1.
Select Empty Out 2 to fill to empty
the syringe to outlet 2.
Select Finish to end the process.
8.5. Programming a Dosing
task
Consider adjusting the filling and/
or dosing speeds when work-
ing with higher viscous liquids.
Employing too large filling or dos-
ing speeds may lead to incomplete
syringe fillings or device overloads.
Using the 3.2 mm tubing with
these types of liquids is strongly
advised.
To program a dosing task enter the
single reactor view and select the
dosing unit.
Enter the desired volume and
select OK.
