Check shut off diaphragm for damage, replace
diaphragm if necessary
Replace bonnet
Remove bonnet, check diaphragm mounting,
replace if necessary
Reset stroke limiter
Unlock locking device
Operate valve with operating pressure specified in
data sheet
Remove bonnet, remove foreign matter, check
diaphragm and valve body weir for damage and
replace if necessary
Check valve body weir for damage, if necessary
replace valve body
Check shut off diaphragm for damage, replace
diaphragm if necessary
Reset seal adjuster (see chapter 10.3)
Unlock locking device
Remove bonnet, check diaphragm mounting,
replace if necessary
Retighten bolting between valve body and bonnet
Check shut off diaphragm for damage, replace
diaphragm if necessary
Replace bonnet / valve body
Check installation of valve body in piping
Tighten bolting / threaded connections
Replace sealing material
Check valve body for damage, replace valve body if
necessary
Replace bonnet
Unlock locking device
Dependent on the operating conditions, regrease the
threaded spindle; replace bonnet if necessary.

Only use proximity switch that can be mounted flush
