INSTRUCTION FOR USE
General
--It is recommended to exercise only 1 time a day for 10 minutes per session.
--if you are new for this machine, we suggest you start on the slowest speed and
"test" this machine effects for a few seconds and stepping on the machine use one
foot at a time.
--when you are ready to progress, we recommend increase the intensity of the
vibration, rather than the duration of your workout.
Before your start:
--Choose a suitable place for your machine and
workout, we suggest flat floor and make sure it's not
slip.
PLEASE NOTE
--Please be careful when using on sensitive floor,
please use a rubble mat under the feet.
RESISTANCE BANDS:
--According to the left diagram Instruction to though
two fixed loops and assemble the two bands at both
left and right side, this should ensure that resistance
bands are firmly locked and not detach when in use,
regularly check the resistance band and do not use
if they appear frayed or damaged.
