Ring tone volume on the handset
The volume of the ring tone on the handset can be adjusted in three steps. If at any time you do
not want to be disturbed, you can also turn the ring tone off altogether. If the ring tone is turned
off, incoming calls will only be signalled at the base station and by means of the display on the
handset.
1.
Press the menu button
2.
Select the HANDSET menu with

Select the function EXT RING VOL (volume for external calls) or INT RING VOL (volume
for internal calls/with two handsets only) with the

Select the required volume using

Now select further menu functions or exit the menu by pressing and hlding the

Setting the ring tones on the base station (ring melodies)
The base station can also respond with three different ringing tones when a call comes through.
