10. Special functions
All further programming functions can be accessed by means of a very
user-friendly menu.
Programming is started by means of the Menu button on the left-hand
side below the display.
You can find the required level using the
and
buttons.
This level is opened by means of the OK button on the right-hand side
below the display.
You can then again find the required function using the
and
buttons and again confirm with the OK display button.
You can go back one level each time by pressing the Back display
button.
You can exit the menu with the red
button.
Each save procedure will be cancelled automatically if no input is
made within 20 seconds.
10.1.
Setting the call tone on the handset
Your handset can respond with ten different ringing tones and with five
different volumes when a call comes through. If you are using the
telephone system with several handsets, you can set different ring
tones for external and internal calls.
Press the Menu display button
Select Handset Settings with
and
and press OK.
Select Ringer with
and
and press OK.
Select External or Internal with
and
and press OK.
Select Change Melody or Change Volume with
and
and
press OK.
Set the melody/volume with
and
and press Save.
