Il Sistema CA Chemical protegge contro particelle
solide e liquide e anche contro gas e vapori con
filtri adeguati.
E' indispensabile scegliere il tipo di filtro adatto al
tipo di contaminante. Vedere le istruzioni per
l'uso dei filtri.
• Un filtro per particelle non deve essere usato per
protezione contro gas..
• Un filtro per gas non deve essere usato per
protezione contro particelle.
• Se sono presenti particelle e gas si può usare un
filtro combinato.
• Quando si usano filtri contro gas di difficile
identificazione dall'odore o soggettive sensazioni,
si devono seguire speciali regole.
• Sostituire immediatamente i filtri quando si sente
l'odore del contaminante.
• Usare soltanto filtri originali e certificati per ogni
tipo di sistema filtrante

3. Disimballaggio/ Assemblaggio/ Uso
3.1. Disimballaggio
Controllare che l'imballaggio sia completo e non
danneggiato durante il trasporto o per altre cause.
L'imballaggiocon il Clean-AIR completo contiene i
seguenti componenti:
1. Gruppo motore con batteria
2. Cintura
3. Tubo per l'aria
4. Misuratore flusso aria
(soltanto per il Gruppo DUAL FLOW)
5. Caricabatteria
6. Istruzioni per l'uso
Il Clean-AIR BASIC 2000 viene fornito completo di
filtro PSL.
3.2. Assemblaggio
1. Montare la cintura
Controllare che
correttamente.
2. Collegare il tubo dell'aria al Gruppo Filtrante
con l'attacco a baionetta.

3.3. Modalità d'uso

basso (ECO) flusso alto (TURBO). La modalità
TURBO assicura una protezione più efficace
rispetto alla modalità ECO. Tuttavia in ambienti
freddi il maggiore
disturbare l'utente. Con filtro nuovo e batteria
completamente carica si ha un flusso d'aria di circa
160 l/minuto in mod. ECO e circa 210 l/minuto in
mod. TURBO. Se il filtro è intasato il flusso d'aria
diminuisce. Controllare che il flusso d'aria sia
sufficiente(vedere capitolo 4.2).

The unit ensures a constant supply of air. The
microprocessor
regulates the motor speed to compensate the filter
clogging and the battery state. If the microprocessor
cannot keep the adjusted airflow, the alarm starts
(an acoustic signal can be heard and the LED
diodes come
microprocessor automatically reduces the airflow to
the next lower level. When the airflow falls below
the minimum level, the alarm intensifies. Then the
user must stop working at once and change the
filter or recharge/change the battery.
To check the alarm function:
Test– chapt. 4.2.
To check the battery state: Press and hold the left
arrow-button for more than 1second. The more
LED diodes come on

button for more than 1second. The more LED
diodes come on (orange), the more clogged the
filter is.
After releasing the arrow-buttons, the LED diodes
return back to the green light indicating the actual
airflow.
