12. Warranty

As a supplement to the General Standard Terms and Conditions, we guarantee
the product ROOMY provided by us for 1 year� After you send in the guarantee
card, we give you an additional year's manufacturer's guarantee, thus creating
a total guarantee period of 2 years�
Unusable or faulty parts shall be repaired or replaced free of charge during the
guarantee period� Developmentrelated changes and worn parts are excluded
from this ruling (gas pressure dampers, wheels and tyres)� We cannot take on
any liability for damages caused by combining our products with any kind of third
party products which can include considerable dangers themselves� Only prod-
ucts from other manufacturers which are expressly approved by our company
are an exception to this ruling�
Furthermore, faults which are based on natural wear and tear, excessive use,
violent and deliberate damages and non-determined use are excluded from this
ruling�
