Once the new roller brush has been in-
stalled, the sweeping track must readjust-
ed.
Check and adjust roller brush sweeping
track
Check tyre pressure.
Switch off suction blower.
Raise roller brush.
The side-brushes lift up.
Drive sweeper on to a smooth, even
surface covered with a visible layer of
dust or chalk.
Raise the waste container by approx. 25
cm.
Lock the roller brush in the "Fine tuning"
mode, lower it and let it rotate for a short
time.
Raise roller brush.
Drive machine backwards.
Check sweeping mirror.
The form of the sweeping track should have
an even rectangular shape which is be-
tween 40 and 50 mm wide.
Adjusting the sweeping track:
Note
Only for "Fine tuning" mode.
Turn the button.
– In clock-wise direction: Sweeping track
becomes bigger.
– Anti-clockwise direction: Sweeping
track becomes smaller
Adjust position of sweeping track:
Unscrew the left side-panelling.
Loosen the fastening screws of the roll-
er brush hook.

Adjust the sweeping track position by

Tighten the fastening screws of the roll-
er brush hook.
Check sweeping mirror.
Check and adjust sweeping track of the
side-brush
Check tyre pressure.
The side-brushes lift up.
Drive sweeper on to a smooth, even
surface covered with a visible layer of
dust or chalk.
Lower side-brushes and allow them to
briefly rotate.
The side-brushes lift up.
Drive machine backwards.
Check sweeping mirror.
The width of the sweeping track should lie
between 40-50 mm.
Adjusting the sweeping track:
Adjust the sweeping track width by ad-
justing the stopper.
Check sweeping mirror.
Check the tyre pressure
Park the sweeper on an even surface.
Connect air pressure testing device to
tyre valve.
Check air pressure and adjust if re-
quired.
Set air pressure for the front tyres at 6
bar.
Manually clean the dust filter
The filter can also be cleaned manually in
addition to the automatic interval.
Switch off suction blower.
Shake off dust filter.
Replacing dust filter
Danger
Empty waste container before replacing
dust filter. Wear a dust mask when working
around the dust filter. Observe safety regu-
lations on the handling of fine particulate
material.
Open the dust filter cover.
Start the motor.
Raise the waste container up to the
end-position.
Switch off engine.
Lock parking brake.
Use the safety bar for emptying from a
height.
Loosen the screws in the bearing block
till these are loose and can be removed.
Pull out the bearing block to the maxi-
mum possible extent.
Remove the lamella filter.
Insert new filter.
Make sure driver engages with holes on
drive side.
Push in the bearing block and tighten
the screws.
Remove the safety bar.
Start the motor.
Lower the waste container up to the
end-position.
Switch off engine.
Close the dust filter cover.
Replacing side brush
Start the motor.
Raise the waste container up to the
end-position.
Switch off engine.
