When you select U0 these settings will be lost after restart or reset your display.
After selecting user account U0 - U4 you will be asked to input follow informations in following order:

After that you can choose between these functions:

Unguided training. You can set the resistance by your own during the training.
The resistance is automatically controlled. You can choose between 12 programs.
After that you can decide to survice the program by time, distance or calorie consumption.
The time is fixed by 12 minutes. Here are no adjustments possible.
Specify the wattage at the beginning. Here you can choose the time, distance and the calorie con-
sumption. During the training you can change the wattage.
Customize your training and make your own personal program. You can choose how the
resistance will be changed automatically during the training. After edit your plan, you can choose
Select your own target Heart Rate by choosing one of the preset programs 55%, 75%, 90% or
another target heart rate you want to have.
Please enter your age into the User Data to ensure that your target heart rate is set correctly. The
pulse display will flash when you have reached your target heart rate according to the Program you
