Put the handle bar ( 3 ) on the upright tube ( 14 ) and fix the both parts with the plain washer φ 8 * φ 19
* 2T ( 9 ), spring washer φ 8.2 ( 8 ) and M8 * 16L screw ( 7 ).
Use the wrench ( 117 ) for fixing.
