ANOMALIES DE
FONCTIONNEMENT
- Vibrations sur la machine
- volant de reglage en hauteur ou volant de
r^glage de coupe d'angle non bloque
- verifier le serrage de la lame
- Le bois noircit a la coupe
- la lame est mal affutee
- la lame est montee a Fenvers : les dents
doivent etre dans le sens de la rotation.
- Usure rapide des lames
- mauvais affutage
- le bois est souille (ciment, sable, clous...)
- Le moteur chauffe anormalement
On ne peut plus le toucher a la main et la
securite thermique le coupe frequemment:
- faire verifier par un electricien.
- La machine cale
- surcharge : avance trop rapide, outils uses,
les faire affuter.
- Le bois est refoule par la partie
arriere de la lame
- defaut de parallelisme du guide
- mauvais alignement du couteau diviseur
ou avoyage trop faible.
- L'arbre est difficile a deplacer
- nettoyer les pignons, axes, tiges filetees et
glissieres,
- verifier le deblocage des poignees.
- Si necessaire, verifier la tension de
la courroie.
Dans tous les cas, si le probleme n'est pas
resolu apres verification des reglages et des
points ci-dessus : contacter votre revendeur.
BETRIEBSSTORUNGEN
- Vibrationen der Maschine
- Einer der Sperrhebeln (zur Hohenverstellung
oder zur Schragstellung) ist nicht in der
Klemmposition.
- Befestigung des Sageblattes priifen. Mutter
anziehen.
- Das Holz brennt beim Schneiden
- Das Sageblatt ist stumpf.
- Sageblatt lauft in die falsche richtung : die
Za'hne mtissen in die Drehrichtung stehen.
- Schnelle Abnutzung des Sageblattes
- Das Sageblatt ist nicht sachgemafi gescharft
- Das Holz ist nicht sauber (Zement. Sand.
Na'gel... entfernen).
- Der Motor erhitzt zu stark
D. h. : dieser ist nicht mehi beriihrbar und
Uberhitzungschalter schaltet oft.
- Den Motor von einem Elektrofachmann
priifen lassen.
- Die Maschine stockt
Uberlastung durch zu schnellen Durchschub.
oder stumpfes Sageblatt.
- Arbeitsvorgang beachten und gescharftes
Sageblatt einsetzen.
- Das Holz wird vom Sageblatt-
Hinterteil angehoben
- Langsanschlagschiene lauft nicht parallel.
- Spaltkeil ist nicht in der Fluchtlinie des
Sageblattes. Richtig einstellen.
- Sageblatt ist zu schwach.
- Hohenverstellung ist schwierig
- Gewindstange, Zahnrader und Gleitschienen
sorgfa'ltig reinigen.
- Priifen ob Sperrhebel gelockert wurde.
- Wenn notig, Riemenspannung nach-
priifen.
Kann die Betriebsstorung mil Beachten der
obrigen Hinweise nicht behoben werden.
dann miissen Sie auf jeden Fall mil Ihrem
Fachha'ndler Kontakt aufnehmen.

THE MACHINE IS NOT
WORKING PROPERLY
- The machine is vibrating
- locking handle for height adjustment or
tilting locking handle is not clamped,
- check if saw blade is properly tightened.
- Wood becomes black
- the saw blade is blunt,
- the saw blade is badly mounted : the teeth
must be facing in the direction of the rota-
tion.
- The saw blade is wearing rapidly
- bad sharpening,
- contaminated wood (cement, sand, nails...)
- The motor becomes too hot
It can not be touched with the hand and the
thermal overload cuts out frequently :
- the motor should be checked by a qualified
electrician.
- The machine stops
- overloading : the wood has been fed too
fast or the blade needs to be sharpened.
- The wood piece is forced back by
the rear of the saw blade
- the parallel guide is not parallel,
- check for alignment of the splitting cutter
- saw blade is too thin. Use the right tool.
- The moving of sawing block is
difficult (when height adjusting)
- clean the threaded rods, gear, axes, sliding
parts, etc...,
- check if the blocking handles are loose.
- If necessary, check the tension of
the belt.
In any case, call your retailer if the above
information does not enable you to solve the
problem.
