Frequency of application
W henever possible, the BEMER therapy should be carried out on
a daily basis. Intermittent applications mean a lessened effect, re-
sulting in longer application durations. Overdosing or habituation
effects of the BEMER system are not known.
T here is no hard and fast rule for the distribution of applications
throughout the day. It depends on the therapy goal and the situa-
tion of the individual user.
>> For prevention and for maintaining health and the body's perfor-
mance, one to two applications during the day, as well as carrying
out the Sleep Program, are perfectly adequate.
>> Occasional frequent or consecutive treatments using the applica-
tion modules may be necessary in the event of acute injuries.

>> At home application can be customized according to the individual's
situation and needs. If possible, applications should be carried out
once in the morning and again in the evening.
>> A t the doctor's office or therapeutic practices, it is usually possible
to have only one application per day. This generally consists of one
application with the B.BODy and immediately following, another
using an application module that is especially designed for the pur-
pose of the localized application (double application).
>> S ometimes however, certain time constraints allow only one appli-
cation a day. In this case, treatments would be similar to those at a
doctor's office or therapeutic practice, where double applications
are recommended.
