Guarantee

The manufacturer guarantees that the BEMER prod-
ucts, when used under normal operation and mainte-
nance conditions, perform error-free and are made of
trouble-free material quality for a period of 36 months
from the date of delivery.
This guarantee does not extend to cover possibly re-
quired recalibration and / or maintenance of any kind.
The guarantee applies only to the first acquiring pur-
chaser and does not extend to products or compo-
nents thereof, which were not properly used or to
products where changes have been made. Any guar-
antee is rendered null and void by non-intended use
of the BEMER products.

The guarantee obligation is limited to repairs or the exchange of a product that
has been sent to the manufacturer during the guarantee period. A prerequisite is
that the manufacturer acknowledges that the product is defective and the defect
is not attributable to improper handling or changes to the device or due to any
abnormal operating conditions.
Any guarantee obligation expires, should repairs on BEMER products be carried out
by persons not authorized from the manufacturer.
The terms of this guarantee apply exclusively and in place of all other contractual or
statutory obligations, including, but not limited to the legal warranty regulations of
the marketability, the suitability and the expediency for the specific application.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for direct and indirect, incidental
or consequential damages, regardless of whether they are the results of lawful,
unlawful or any other actions.
