>> Activate the Sleep Program by pressing the [S] key.
7:00 appears on the display (= 7 hours).
>> Select the desired duration (6, 7 or or 8 hours).
example – sleep Program (2 B.BODY application modules connected, both simultaneously in operation)

>> Designate the desired application
module [A1 / A2] by repeatedly
pressing [SET].
>> Start the program with
[START / STOP].
The display screen fades
after 90 seconds, so as not
to disrupt your sleep. It can
be reactivated at any time
by pressing any key once.
