CREMAGLIERA IN PLASTICA (DATI DI MONTAGGIO)

La cremagliera è realizzata in materiale termoplastico stampato; essa è
dotata di un'anima in acciaio e può spostare ante fino a 400 kg. Si monta con
facilità senza bisogno di saldature.
Fissaggio:
La cremagliera in plastica viene normalmente fissata al cancello mediante
collegamento a vite.
Nella confezione vengono comunque fornite quattro viti autofilettanti (per ogni
spezzone) che vengono montate come in C13. Con queste viti, si consiglia di
eseguire il preforo in funzione dello spessore e del materiale della base di
appoggio, secondo la seguente tabella.

NOTA: Con ante in legno verificarne la buona consistenza nei punti in
cui andranno inserite le viti.
Unione ed allineamento tra i pezzi:
Nella cremagliera in plastica l'unione tra i differenti spezzoni è facilitato da un
incastro posto in testa agli stessi (C14) che favorisce l'allineamento. Eliminare
le bave dagli spigoli dell'incastro, se presenti.
Per assicurare la costanza del passo si consiglia di utilizzare comunque
una dima di riferimento per il montaggio (C15 ) verificando che non vi
siano scompensi; eseguire aggiustaggi sull'incastro, se necessario.

PLASTIC RACK (FITTING DATA)

The rack is made by thermoplastic; it has a steel core and can move gates up
to 400kg. It is simple to install without the need of welding.
Fitting:
The plastic rack is normally fixed to the gate with screws. Four self-tapping
screws (for each piece) are provided in the kit
which are fitted as in C13. With these screws, it is advisable to drill the hole
depending on the thickness and on the material of the supporting base,
according to the following table:

Note: In case of wooden doors, check the good condition of the wood
in the fixing points and use proper screws.
Joining and aligning of the pieces:
In the plastic rack, the joining of two sections of rack is facilitated by matching
notches on the heads of the sections (C14) which helps the aligning.
Clean the possible trimmings on the angles of the matching notches.
To maintain correct alignment and pitch it is advisable to use a reference
template (C15 ); if necessary, make adjustments on the matching
notches.
