POSIZIONAMENTO SULLA PIASTRA A SLITTA
Non maneggiare l'ONDA 500 / ONDA 800 afferrandolo per il cofano in
plastica; la vite di fermo potrebbe tagliare il cofano.
Procedere come segue:
Svitare la vite di fermo (C8 ) e sfilare il verso l'alto il cofano in plastica (C8
).
Il coperchio scorre verticalmente su due guide (C8 ). Fare riferimento
ad esse quando si monta il cofano (vedere D8 pag. 50).
Inserire l'ONDA 500 / ONDA 800 nella piastra di supporto ed assicurarsi che
il motoriduttore sia perfettamente allineato longitudinalmente con l'anta (C9
) ed ALLA GIUSTA DISTANZA dal piano di appoggio della cremagliera
(58÷62 mm).
Bloccare il motoriduttore alla piastra mediante le viti bloccaggio (C10
svitandole e mandandole in appoggio sulla piastra.
Per assicurare il corretto bloccaggio si consiglia di tenere premuto il
riduttore contro la piastra nel verso opposto a quello in cui sono
alloggiate le viti di bloccaggio (C10).
STRINGERE MODERATAMENTE LE VITI SVITANDOLE.
Se vi sono problemi di accesso per la chiave di serraggio delle viti,
l'ONDA 800 dispone di due fori filettati supplementari (C10
opposto in cui spostare le viti (SPOSTARLE SEMPRE ENTRAMBE
SULLO STESSO LATO).
Richiudere provvisoriamente il cofano in plastica allo scopo di proteggere le
parti interne durante il montaggio della cremagliera (vedi D8 pag. 50).
POSITIONING ON THE SLIDING PLATE
Do not handle the ONDA 500 / ONDA 800 by grasping it by the plastic
cover; the stop screw can cut the cover.
Proceed as follows:
Unscrew the stop screw (C8 ) and remove the cover pulling upwards (C8 ).
The cover slides vertically on two guides (C8
mounting the cover (see D8 page 50).
Fit the ONDA 500 / ONDA 800 in the support plate and make sure that the
geared-motor is perfectly parallel to the gate (C9
DISTANCE from the rack support surface (58-62 mm).
Secure the geared-motor to the plate with the securing screws (C10
unscrewing them and placing them on the plate.
Push the geared-motor against the plate on the opposite side of where
the securing screws (C10) are to have a correct securing.
TIGHTEN BUT NOT EXCESSIVELY THE SCREWS UNSCREWING THEM.
If you have difficulties with the screw securing key, the ONDA 800 has
two additional threaded holes (C10
screws are moved (MOVE BOTH OF THEM ALWAYS ON THE SAME
SIDE).
Close the plastic cover temporarily to protect the inner parts while the rack is
being fitted (see D8 page 50).
