MONTAGGIO DELLA CREMAGLIERA

Per il buon funzionamento e la durata dell'automazione è necessario che il
montaggio della cremagliera rispetti i seguenti criteri:
- I vari pezzi di cremagliera devono essere ben allineati l'uno con l'altro.
- Nelle giunzioni il passo tra i denti che deve essere mantenuto costante tra
un pezzo e l'altro (vedere paragrafi seguenti).
- L'altezza della cremagliera (C11 - quota A) deve essere rispettata e
registrata in modo tale che il peso dell'anta non gravi mai sul motoridut-
tore.
MAI ESEGUIRE SALDATURE CON IL MOTORIDUTTORE COLLEGATO
ALLA RETE.
Qualora la base del cancello fosse troppo bassa per potervi montare la
cremagliera, occorre creare una nuova base; in fig. C 12 è riportato l'esempio
di una base creata con un profilato; se si utilizza la cremagliera in plastica e
lo spessore del profilato è tale da non permettere l'uso delle viti autofilettanti,
usare bulloni di M 6.
La quota "A" dipende dal tipo di pignone e dal tipo di cremagliera usato
(vedere tabelle in C11).
L'ONDA 500 / ONDA 800 può utilizzare due tipi di cremagliera:
A - Cremagliera in plastica con anima in acciaio
B - Cremagliera in acciaio zincato
In entrambi i tipi la lunghezza di ogni spezzone è di 1 m.
Non lubrificare mai la cremagliera!

FITTING OF THE RACK

The following rules must be respected by the rack fitting for the correct
functioning and endurance of the automated system:
- The various rack pieces must be lined up correctly , one with the other.
- In the joints the pitch of the teeth must be kept constant between one
section and the next (see the following paragraphs).
- The height of the rack (C11 - A measurement) must be observed and
adjusted to prevent the weight of the gate falling on the geared-motor.
NEVER WELD WHEN THE GEARED-MOTOR IS CONNECTED TO THE
MAINS
If the lower edge of the gate is too low to fit the rack, it is necessary to create
a base support; in fig. C 12 an example is given of a base created with a section
bar; if the plastic rack is used and the thickness of the section bar doesn't allow
the use of self-tapping screws, use the M 6 bolts.
The A measurement depends on the type of pinion and the type of rack
used (see tables in C11).
The ONDA 500 / ONDA 800 can use two types of racks:
A - Plastic rack with a steel core
B - Galvanized Steel rack
In both, the length of each piece is 1 m.
Never lubricate or grease the rack.
