I gas di scarico che escono da ogni
testa vengono convogliati da un col-
lettore all'interno del rispettivo cata-
lizzatore.
Su ogni catalizzatore sono montate
anteriormente e posteriormente due
sonde Lambda che misurano il con-
tenuto di ossigeno nei gas di scari-
co.
A valle di ciascun catalizzatore è
presente una termocoppia che se-
gnala la temperatura ad una centra-
lina di controllo.
Dai catalizzatori i gas di scarico rag-
giungono il silenziatore per poi usci-
re in atmosfera attraverso i termina-
li di scarico.

A manifold directs the exhaust gas-
es from each head inside the re-
spective catalytic converters.
Two Lambda sensors are fitted on
the front and rear of each catalytic
converter. They measure the oxygen
content of the exhaust gas.
A thermocouple is located downline
each catalytic converter. It sends the
temperature data to an ECU.
From the catalytic converters, the
exhaust gas reaches the silencer
and is then released into the atmos-
phere through the exhaust tailpipes.

de chaque culasse sont convoyés
dans le convertisseur catalytique
correspondant par un collecteur.
Chaque convertisseur catalytique
porte, à l'avant et à l'arrière, deux
sondes lambda qui mésurent la te-
neur en oxygène des gaz d'échap-
pement.
En aval de chaque convertisseur
catalytique, un thermocouple signale
la température à un boîtier de com-
mande.
Des convertisseurs catalytiques, les
gaz atteignent le silencieux d'où ils
sont rejetés dans l'air, à travers les
terminaux d'échappement.

Auf jedem Katalysator sind vorne
und hinten zwei Lambda-Sonden
montiert, die den Oxydgehalt der
Abgase messen.
Unterhalb jedes Katalysators befin-
det sich ein Thermoelement, das
einem Kontrollsteuergerät die Tem-
peratur meldet.
Aus den Katalysatoren gelangen die
Abgase zum Schalldämpfer, um
dann durch die Auspuffendstücke in
die Atmosphäre abgelassen zu wer-
den.
