4. Installation
1. Unpack the meter, power adapter, electrode, electrode arm and other accessories. Keep the calibra-
tion certificate in a safe place.
2. Make sure the power adapter matches your local power supply. If not, please contact your vendor.
3. Install the electrode stand
- The electrode stand can be used stand alone or it can be attached
to the instrument. The electrode arm is placed in one of the three
positions on the base. If the electrode stand is used stand alone it is
recommended to use the middle position.
The appropriate lid needs to be removed. Use the fixing screw sup-
plied to tighten the connection. Installation is finished if the electrode
stand is used stand alone.
- If the electrode stand is attached to the instrument, place the base
in such a way that the free wing of the base faces away from you.
The appropriate lid needs to be removed. The electrode stand can
be used on the left or right hand side.
- Adjust the tension knob as required.
