Mounting the camera

Before definitely mounting the camera, check the cam-
era image again with the cover closed and check the
displayed image on your playback device. The image
may be partly or completely hidden by the cover. Should
this be the case, please readjust the camera position.
Screw off the hemisphere and use the 4 bore holes of
the bottom plate as a template for boring.
Make sure that there are no electrical lines,
water pipes etc. in the places you want to
bore.
Screw the bottom plate in place with the supplied
screws.
Use dowels if necessary.
Use a suitable screwdriver.
Replace the camera cover.
For protection reasons, never use your
DOME camera without the cover.

Connect the DC source to the low voltage socket (2).
The DC source must be switched off.
Plug: 5.5 / 2.1 mm
Please make sure that the power has the
correct polarity.
Check with a measuring instrument if nec-
essary.
Connect the video input to the BNC socket (1). Should
your monitor / TV set only have a Cinch input, you will
need an adapter (BNC plug to Cinch).
Setting the image
After the connection to the video output and to the pow-
er supply, your camera is ready for use.
Switch on the DC power supply.
Switch on the TV set or monitor and select the input you
have connected the camera to (e.g. AV input at the TV set ).
