Product Description
The parking system emits ultrasonic waves from four sensors at the rear of the vehicle. If any waves are
reflected off an obstacle, the same sensors pick this up.
The evaluation of the echo run time determines the distance to the obstacle and signals it acoustically
and/or optically. There are two possible volume settings for the speech output. It can also be muted com-
pletely.
The parking system switches on automatically when the driver shifts into reverse.
Installation is simple thanks to ready-made individual parts and radio transmission to the display.
The ultrasonic sensors are waterproof and dustproof and therefore require no maintenance other than
cleaning their exterior.
The device is CE-compliant and meets the requirements of the Motor Directive (marked by the "e"
number) and is thus licensed for operation on public roads in EU countries.
