Any modifications to the vehicle needed for the parking system must not affect traffic safety or the struc-
tural stability of the vehicle.
If you are unsure where to install the system, consult your car dealer.
Make sure before drilling the attachment holes that there is no damage to electric cables, brake lines, the
fuel tank or similar items.
Be sure to follow the safety instructions of the tool manufacturer when using tools to install the parking
system.
When installing the components, take into consideration the risk of accident which can arise from
devices being detached in the event of an accident. You should secure each component in a place
where it cannot pose a danger to passengers.
Should proper operation of the device no longer be possible, stop using it immediately and ensure it can-
not be switched back on again.
Avoid subjecting the device to severe mechanical stress.
Do not leave the packaging material lying around. In such cases the warranty/guarantee is rendered
void.
Keep the device out of the reach of children. It is not a toy.
If you are not sure about the correct connection or if there are any questions that are not covered by the
operating instructions, please contact our technical support service or another specialist.
If you have reason to believe that the device can no longer be operated safely, disconnect it immediate-
ly and make sure it is not unintentionally operated. It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer
possible if:
- the device shows visible signs of damage,
- the deivce no longer works and
- was stored under unfavourable conditions for a long period of time or
- has been exposed to severe stress caused by transport.
