3.2 Changing of the hinge position

WARNING! Switch off and unplug the appliance before changing the
hinge position. RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
CAUTION! The change of the position must be carried out by at least
two persons; otherwise you may hurt yourself or damage the appliance.
The procedure described below should be carried out by a professional
1. Set the temperature control to OFF and unplug the appliance. Empty the
appliance completely.
2. Remove the top hinge cover (6).
3. Remove the two screws (1) and the complete top hinge (5).
4. Lift the door upwards from the bottom hinge (2). Store the door in a safe place
so it cannot be damaged.
5. Remove the screws (8) of the bottom hinge (2). Remove the bottom hinge.
6. Remove the left front foot (4) and install it on the opposite side.
7. There is a small cover plate (7) on the left side of the housing of the appliance.
Remove the cover plate and install it on the opposite side.
8. Check correct alignment of the bolt (9), before you fix the bottom hinge. Fix
the bottom hinge (2) on the opposite side using the screws (8).
9. Place the door on the bolt (9) of the bottom hinge (2).
10. Place the top hinge (5) with its pin on the door and fix the hinge on the
opposite side (5) using the two screws (1).
11. Check that the door is aligned properly. Check that the seal fits properly.
12. Install the hinge cover (6) of the top hinge (5).
