Sporty Mode
1. Press UP or DOWN to select a training program. Select Sporty mode and press
ENTER.
2. Press UP or DOWN to select Beginner 1 to 4 and confirm with ENTER.
3. Press UP or DOWN to set the TIME.
4. Press START/STOP to start the training. Press UP or DOWN to set the load level.
5. Press START/STOP to stop the training. Press the RESET button to return to the
main menu.

Cardio Mode
1. Press UP or DOWN to select a training program. Select CARDIO and press ENTER.
2. Press UP or DOWN to enter your age and confirm with ENTER.
3. Press UP or DOWN to set 55%, 75%, 90% or TAG (TARGET heart rate) (default: 100).
4. Press UP or DOWN to set the TIME.
5. Press START/STOP to stop the training. Press the RESET button to return to the
main menu.
