8.2.7 Changement de la car -
touche du filtre à asp. de retour/
filtre à charbon à aspiration
ATTENTION
D'après le plan de maintenance, le
changement de filtre doit être
effectué si l'indicateur de colmatage
(4-12/25) s'allume.
Le filtre à charbon à aspiration doit
être changé à chaque changement
de l'huile hydraulique (chapitre 8.2.6).
TRÈS IMPORTANT
Après un démarrage à froid,
l'indicateur de colmatage peut
s'allumer prématurément. Il s'éteint
lorsque l'huile hydraulique se ré-
chauffe.
(1) Ouvrir le capot moteur.
(2) Enlever le couvercle du filtre à
huile hydraulique (8-19/flèche).
(3) Echanger la cartouche de filtre.
(4) Refermer le couvercle du filtre
à huile hydraulique.
(5) Dévisser les deux flexibles
hydraulique des deux raccords de bride
(SW41 / SW50) (8-20/1) du couvercle
de fond du réservoir à huile hydraulique
et tirer les flexibles vers l'arrière.
(6) Dévisser les huit écrous (SW13)
(8-20/2) du couvercle de fond du
réservoir à huile hydraulique et abaisser
autant qu'il est possible le couvercle
avec le filtre à charbon à aspiration.
(7) Dévisser les vis de fixation
(SW70) du fond du filtre à charbon
et retirer vers le bas d'abord le
couvercle puis le filtre à charbon.
(8) Remplacer le filtre à charbon
par un nouveau filtre.
(9) Le remontage s'effectue dans
l'ordre inverse du démontage et lors
du montage des flexibles hydrauliques
sur les supports de bride angulaire et
sur le couvercle de fond du réservoir
hydraulique, il faut utiliser des
matériaux d'étanchéité.
ATTENTION
Eliminer la cartouche usagée selon
les prescriptions de protection de
l'environnement.

8.2.7 Changing the back-
flow suction filter insert/
suction strainer
CAUTION
Change the filter insert according
to the maintenance plan or when
the clogging indicator lamp
(4-12/25) lights up.
The suction strainer must be changed
whenever the oil in the hydraulic sys-
tem is changed (chapter 8.2.6).
NOTE
The clogging indicator lamp may
light up briefly after a cold start
but will go out when the hydraulic
oil has reached its operating tem-
perature.
(1) Open the motor cover.
(2) Remove the lid of the hydrau-
lic oil filter (8-19/arrow).
(3) Exchange the filter cartridge.
(4) Close the lid of the hydraulic
oil filter.
(5) Disconnect the hydraulic
hoses from the two flanges (SW 41/
SW 50) (8-20/1) on the bottom lid of
the hydraulic oil reservoir and pull
the hoses to the rear.
(6) Unscrew the eight screws
(SW 13) (8-20/2) from the bottom
lid of the hydraulic oil reservoir and
lower the lid with the suction
strainer as far as possible.
(7) Loosen the fixing screw
(SW 70) on the suction strainer lid
and pull out the lid and the suction
strainer towards the bottom.
(8) Exchange the suction strainer
by a new one.
(9) Installation occurs in the re-
verse order of steps. When attach-
ing the hydraulic hoses to the
angled flanges and the bottom lid
to the hydraulic oil reservoir, use
sealing compound.
CAUTION
Waste filters must be disposed of in
such a way that they will not cause
pollution.
