Démontage
(1) Déposer le godet en position
stab le sur le sol.
(2) Actionner la vanne de blocage à
boisseau sphérique (1-2) de la manette
pour l´hydraulique accessoire (4-10/8)
(position horizontale) et verrouiller le godet.
(3) Incliner le dispositif de
changement rapide et reculer.
TRÈS IMPORTANT
La plaque constructeur se trouve à
l'arrière du godet, à droite en des-
sous de la traverse (6-2/flèche).
6.1.2 Palettiseur
TRÈS IMPORTANT
Le montage et le démontage se
font de la même manière que pour
le godet standard /pour matière
légère (section 6.1.1).
DANGER
- Les deux boulons de serrage du
dispositif de changement rapide
doivent se trouver des deux cô-
tés, dans les trous de prise du
support d'accrochage du paletti-
seur et être distinctement recon-
naissables (6-4/2).
- Régler les deux fourches à la
même distance du centre et les
assurer (6-5/flèche).
- La charge doit être répartie sur
les deux fourches et être assu-
rée pour l'empêcher de se dépla-
cer et de tomber.
- Poser la charge sur les fourches
et incliner le palettiseur.
TRÈS IMPORTANT
- Les fourches sont correctement
assurées lorsque les deux le-
viers de butée basculants repo-
sent dans le sens de la longueur
sur le tablier porte-fourches.
- La plaque constructeur se trouve
à l'arrière de la partie haute du
tablier porte-fourches (6-4/1).
S11C/S13C
Dismounting
(1) Place the bucket firmly on the
ground.
(2) Unlock the bucket by actuating
the ball block valve (1-2) for the hand
lever (4-10/8) for the auxiliary hydraulic
system (perpendicular position).
(3) Tilt the quick-change device
and reverse out.
NOTE
The type label is on the rear of the
bucket, on the right below the cross
arm (6-2/arrow).
6.1.2 Fork-lift attachment
NOTE
Mounting and dismounting are
carried out in the same way as for
the standard/lightweight bucket
(chapter 6.1.1).
DANGER
- Both bolts of the quick-change
device must fit in the boreholes of
the fork-lift attachment and must
be clearly visible (6-4/2).
- Position both fork tines at an equal
distance from the center (6-5/
arrows) and lock them.
- Distribute the weight equally on
both fork tines and secure it
against moving and falling off.
- Rest the load at the rear of the
fork and tilt the fork lift attach-
ment.
NOTE
- The fork tines are locked correct-
ly when the two tiltable locking
levers are fully positioned on the
fork carrier.
- The type plate is on the rear of
the fork-lift attachment on the
upper fork support (6-4/1).
