6.2 Connecting a PARI LC PLUS or LC SPRINT nebuliser

Treatment of the lower respiratory tract with PARI SINUS compressor 028G1010
Figures A and B:
• Insert the adapter of the pressure hose (8) into the "Air" connection (15) of the com-
pressor, twisting slightly.
Attach the other end to the PARI nebuliser (2).
• Connect the compressor (1) to the mains power supply:
- Plug the power cord (9) into the socket (11) on the compressor.
- Insert the mains plug of the power cord into a suitable socket.
To disconnect the PARI compressor from the mains after the treatment session, follow
the above steps in reverse order, pulling the plug out of the socket first.
• Before treatment, pull the nebuliser upwards out of the nebuliser holder (12).
• Turn the compressor on at the On/Off switch (13).
• After treatment, put the nebuliser back in its holder.
In this inhalation method, the tube for vibration (7) is not needed and the vibra-
tion connection (14) for the bolus tube is not occupied.
For connection, use of the PARI nebuliser for the first time and the procedure for
therapy, read the instructions for use supplied with the nebuliser.
In order to avoid any risk to health (e.g., an infection), please also read the
Chapter "Hygienic re-use" in the instructions for use of the PARI LC SPRINT
SINUS or LC SPRINT nebuliser. It is also important that you observe the sub-
sequent instructions on "Cleaning" and "Filter change" in these instructions.
